The slurry pump does not absorb water (no sizing) There is air in the pump body or gas accumulation in the inlet pipe, or the bottom valve is not closed tightly, the water is not full, the vacuum pump packing is seriously leaking, and the gate valve or the flap door is not closed tightly. Remedy: first press up the water, then fill the pump body with water, and then turn on. At the same time, check whether the check valve is tight and whether there is any air leakage in the pipeline and the joint. If air leakage is found, apply lubricant or blending paint to the joint after disassembly and tighten the screw. Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft, and replace it with new parts if the wear is severe. The pipeline is leaking or leaking. The nut may not be tightened tightly during installation.
